HV Bank has strengthened
its UK lending team with
the appointment of Callum
Livingstone as lending director.
Livingstone will work across both
trading and real estate businesses,
focusing on term debt and investment
lending, including growth, acquisition
and expansion finance.
He joins LHV Bank following four
years at Cynergy Bank, where he
progressed to relationship director,
supporting a range of SME and
property clients.
Livingstone said: “LHV Bank has
achieved a huge amount in a short
time since its UK launch in 2022,

relationship driven. Joining
