Grigor as head of
aftersales, as the brand
targets growth.
He joins Farizon UK
from DAF where he
was aftersales services
manager.

arris Group has appointed
Bill Laidlaw as chief
operating officer, while
confirming its ambition to
achieve annual revenues of €1bn
by 2030.
Laidlaw will take overall
responsibility for Harris MAXUS
UK, Harris Truck & Bus UK and
future additions to the Group’s UK
brand portfolio, including a move
into the heavy truck market.

of achieving annual revenues
of €1 billion by 2030 and have
developed a clear roadmap to
deliver it. Bill’s appointment is an

epairify has promoted
Satty Nanuwa to head
of sales UK as it looks to
accelerate growth across its
remote diagnostics and mobile
calibration services.
She will lead the company’s UK
sales function while continuing to
oversee strategic partnerships.
Nanuwa said: “Repairify
has built an outstanding
reputation for delivering
innovative diagnostic and ADAS
solutions, but what increasingly
differentiates us is the strength
of the services and partnerships
that sit behind the technology.

NEOS Automotive has
appointed former Kia UK
executive Sanka De Silva
as regional director for the
UK and Ireland as it looks to
capitalise on growing fleet
demand and expand its
retail network.
The appointment follows
INEOS Automotive’s strongest
quarter to date, with Q1 2026
orders rising 20% year-onyear as fleet enquiries and
supply agreements continue
to accelerate.
De Silva said: “It’s an
exciting prospect to step
away from large legacy OEMs
and join a business seeking
to break down barriers with
its highly differentiated,
distinctive product and an
incredibly dedicated team.
“Growing our footprint here
will anchor the efforts being
achieved already with our
