elcome to the inaugural
issue of Automotive
Business Magazine (ABM)…
It has been quite a year
for our parent company,
Astor Media. For those
that have been keeping track of our
automotive publications – Business
Motoring, Business Vans, Motor Trade
News, The Haulier, Motorcycle Dealer,
Touring.co.uk – you’ll know that’s actually
quite the understatement.
At the beginning of 2025, Astor Media
pledged to take the first three brands
to the next level, acquiring and investing
in what we saw as something with real
value and scope to grow. Before we knew
it, we were bringing yet more automotive
trade titles into the fold, expanding the
team and making plans for a crossindustry all-encompassing digital
magazine. Thus, Automotive Business
Magazine was born.
There is something for everyone
between these pages, and plenty that will
appeal to everyone, no matter what part
of the market you hail from. From fleet
managers and buyers looking to make
the most of their options in a complex
economy, to dealerships wondering what
tech will take their sales up a notch, and

everyone in between.
We take a deep dive into the electric
vehicle market with our first automotive
industry round-table, which brought
together experts from across the
sector for a rousing discussion on how
messaging must change now that we’re
well and truly on the path to EV takeover,
as well as catching up with key experts
on subjects like battery health, charging
cables and EV upskilling.
For practical insights into the cars
themselves, we’ve got drivers on the
road with Genesis, Škoda, SEAT and
Peugeot. And for something a bit more
high-level, there’s in-depth features and
interviews taking a look at everything
from hydrogen combustion to women
in automotive, from warranties to
workshops.
The automotive world – trade, fleet or
consumer – is changing rapidly, whether
that’s methods of buying or the vehicles
themselves.
Our aim at ABM is to be at the forefront
of this change, bringing you the news,
reviews and thought leadership to
navigate an evolving sector. Watch
